Job Title: Office/Admin Support (Warehouse Setting)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18 per hour
Start Date: Must be available to start no later than March 3rd (ideally by February 24th)
Job Description: We are seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive individual to join our team as an Office/Admin Support in a warehouse setting. This hybrid role will involve a mix of office work and floor duties, including customer interactions, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administration and receiving and will be comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations.
Interact with customers in person, providing exceptional service and handling inquiries.
Support receiving functions and manage related administrative tasks.
Process Bills of Lading (BOL) and maintain accurate records.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory.
Perform general office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email correspondence.
Proficiently use Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse administration and/or receiving.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOL) and related documentation.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
